A: The hair can last up to 2 years but can last much longer with proper treatment and care.
Constant heat styling, coloring, and improper care will significantly shorten the lifespan of
the hair.

A: Our Diamond Edition Hair is made with 50% Platinum Elite and 50% processed Asian Remy Hair.
Our Diamond Edition hair is part of our luxurious line of 100% Virgin human hair. This hair is hand selected to make sure all cuticles are going in the same direction, which provides healthy and long-lasting results. The Diamond Edition hair is a step up from our bronze collection, which is available by request only. Our bronze hair is more economical.
The Diamond Edition and Platinum Elite both provide the same luxurious results, but the Diamond Edition has a coarse and silky feel and can last up to a year or more with proper care. We guarantee you; minimal shedding; no tangling; no disappointment.
Our Platinum Elite hair is made from rare raw virgin Russian hair. This makes this line of hair exquisite. Now, without any doubts, our Platinum Elite hair is the Royals Royce of all hair. The feel of this hair even has vibrations. What I mean by vibrations, if you take the bundle of hair and bounce it off of a hard surface you would feel a vibration.
This in all actuality means healthy unprocessed Virgin hair that comes from young donors. This hair can last 2 years or more with proper care. Q3: Why is my hair getting tangled?
A: Your Hair can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and
not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
Suggestion: Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
Q4.Can my unit be straightened, curled?
A: Yes you can use hair straighter or hair curler to style the virgin hair. But do not do it too
frequently, or the hair will easy to get dry and tangle.
Q5: Why the colors don`t seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference.

Q6. How is the length of the hair measured?
A: Straight hair is measured in its natural state, but our wavy and curly hair is measured when
stretched out.

A: Our online store has everything you need to get started. We carry quality hair care products and starter kits for your convenience. There is a 3-day handling time on stock units and will deliver after payment has cleared.

A: Density is 130% unless stated otherwise, which would be located in the description. Heavy density causes the price to increase.
Q9. Where did my hair come from?
A: We are the only company who purchase hair from the region of it origin. eg, Russian hair comes from Ukraine, and the other hairs will be purchased from its original origin.
